Gastroenterology

Hi doctor, I am under treatment of IBS since two months. My CBC, lft, abdominal ultar and ESR reports , stool analysis are always normal but crp is 15. My gastroenterology is asking for colonoscopy. I can not do Colonoscopy due to fear of colon cancer. Please suggest alternative or else I am left with option to live like this and dies in next few years...or take some serious step against life... I am broken... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP...

2 months ago successfully trated with H pylori infection and gastritis but my lipase is high-  it is 119 Normal range is 0 to 64 No stomach pain No back pain stool routine test is normal CT scan of abdomainal is normal what could be the reason of high lipase??is it anything serious? please answer 🙏🙏

Hiii I m having blood in my stool for two years..i see blood in my stool in every 6 mnths...I have had light blood 4 times in stool in these two years...is anything serious with me...

Hello sir I am having blood in my stool since one n half months and there is some purplish soft lump in the anus!!!

Today my anus was itching badly, when i touched it i found a pinch of blood on my anus. There was no pain at all just itching. After washing the area, no more blood came out any further and the itching stopped too. I do not have any constipation. What could be the reason? I am really scared.

I DID full body checkup in january and yesterday both report are attached. in both report sgpt and sgot high but all other value normal. previous report sgpt was 139 but in this report 215. what is the reason. i did usg full abdomen but that report shows only mild hepatic(report attached) . hb1ag normal. hbsag  ,anti hcv antibodies non reactive . please suggest
