Hello doctor. This is  my endoscopy report . Please check is it due to h pylori bacteria ? Do I need any other test ? What is the meaning of this & what is the treatment ? What causes erosions ? I don't take outside food no addictions no painkillers. How to know the reason of antral gastritis ? What are the chances of this turning malignant ?

I have sufferring stomach problems since 3 years. My digestion system is very weak. Even gastric and constipation are my daily problems. Drink tea is my habit I drink tea in a day at couple of time. I also took some ayurvedic medicines like ZANDU PANCHARISHT and more, but unfortunately they didnt able to work. I also done stomach ultrasound in last feb but not found anything because i had food poisoning happened at that time. Till here by this disease, i had acnes and ulsers happened. Now my have many pitholes and marks at my face skin. Please suggest me appropriate guidance over this concern and how much they take on complete treatment.

Hi my mum age 60 has dignosed with hitus hernia so how to treat him with medicine Dr gave us two options once you can treat with medicine for temporary or you can go with surgery so what to do ?

I am an athlete and suddenly fell ill on last December. My doctor was very quick to diagnose my problem, i was suffering from B12 deficiency and Les lex reflex esophagitis grade A. I took esogress D for 2 months and changed my life cycle. But my symptoms also changed now. I was getting vomiting sensation and vomit only gas frequently along with Dry mouth and cough. I was not able to lift heavy weight things or play aggressively. If I do I was getting empty vomit. Now I can play and lift. I don't get vomit sensation like earlier. I can do all the activities Only thing that is bothering me is burning sensation. Sometimes it's heartburn and sometimes stomach burn. It won't disturb my sleep but if I sit I get this along with light cough. If I get involved in sports I don't feel this. . Should I go for another  endoscopy or scanning ? Or continue esogress D or other medicine ?

What are the reasons of erosions in stomach ?  What is the treatment of this ? How to prevent this ? Is this very serious condition?

Please find attached Photos of Bilirubin test. I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke. Also I have never had jaundice. Is any thing serious in the report. Pls advise.

Hi Doctor , my father in law has Hernia issue and age is 75, Doctor has advised to undergo open surgery for hernia instead of laparoscopy considering his age .. Considering the less scar and quick heal, can we go for laparoscopy ..? !pls advise .. Kindly note :He has Parkinson issue and no BP and no Sugar.

Poor digestion gas problem pain in body non cardiac chest pain sometimes pain in body chest heaviness pain in back side I have mild fatty liver and Antral gastritis

I started feeling pain during defecation one week ago (Starting Sunday, 8 May). On 9th May, I felt excruciating pain. I took Acceclo MR for the pain relief and started using Hadensa ointment. Slowly situation improved. I was taking 1 tab everyday. I didn't need to use Acceclo MR on Sunday and Monday (14 & 15 May). However, I started feeling excruciating pain again today. Also, so far there was no or negligible blood in the stool; however today there was significant amount of blood in the stool. Do I need to worry much. I was told that it heals on its own slowly, but it has already been 10 days.
