Soon after eating sometime i feel indigestion and dizziness .some other time high heart rate and I feel burps sometime.i feel like Digestion takes long time

Hi doctor! I was operated (Right Hemicolectomy )for ITB in May 2020. Post that I was deficient on Vit B12 which caused problems like loosing sensation in one part of body that would regain naturally after 2 hrs and extreme headache and took meds for the same. Currently, I am on Aspirin 75mg daily and Renerve D(to be taken for every 1 month after the gap of 2 months) and tab D-Ride (Dutasteride) 0.5 mg twine a week(Px by my Dermat). I often have burning sensation in anus and diarrhoea. I eat home cooked meals only. Pls help.

I don't know how to describe but my anus is paining while passing the stoop and after that too and also was swollen up but today it started to bleed a lit bit so i want to know why this is happening and what can be the solutions for this, is it a major serious issue and requires Diagnostic from the doctor

I been taking simethicone +activated charcoal tablets my stool is black in colour i have taken it 4 days and 4 days i got black stool is it normal

Losse motion from 3 weeks no stomach ache just watery stool already took medicine from pharmacy didn't help

My father aged 58, has been diagnosed with duodentis with lymphangiectasia after biopsy. He has been having problems like constipation, bloating, loss of appetite and weakness. We have been taking treatment for it and were advised dietary modifications. But, we did not find any major improvements in the condition. We have been looking for second opinion. Could some one, possibly with prior experience of treating patients with lymphangiectasia, advise us on this. We have been looking for in-clinic consulation, in Delhi. Please suggest

Hi, I have ulcerative colitis, I take pentasa tablet sometimes. Is it common or is it concerning? I have symptoms like little blood with poop. Does it get cured by itself or life long it remains?

My Spgt is 25 , Sgot is 19 and alkaline phosphate is 371 , Bilirubin is 3.03 , what could be reason of high alkaline phosphate, and i have attached my report, if gallstones are reason then what could be size according to report ?
