First due to piles(already done surgical treatment) then to recover from surgery I have been using various kind of laxative for last 9-10 months.But now it is difficult to pass stool without them.How to understand I have developed dependency and what are the treatment options.Kindly help please

Hi doctor, I am on ibs treatment since two months. I am taking antacids , ibset tablet and prebiotic. I am having normal stool if I am taking ibset but it goes back to soft or loose when I soft it. I did my cbc, esr , stool analysis , ultrasound abdominal and crp. Except crp, all other came normal. Attaching morning stool picture ( 2nd time stool) Crp was 15 Shall I keep taking ibset tablet
