Gallbladder is contracted, WES sign positive with multiple small echogenic foci-s/o calculi less than 5 mm size, cbd calliber 5.6 mm no calculus seen. GB intraluminal multiple small calculi. No pain or any symptoms. Please suggest treatment.

Sir I found on Google that do stress effect gut bacteria and the answer the types is yes it alter the gut bacteria my question is is that true like antibiotic effect gut Flora stress also effect gut Flora I am asking because I am stressed for about 3-4 months and I am facing little stomach problems when think too much about it like when I think too much I got little diarrhea , sometimes gas and very very little mucus in stool is all that because of stress I got loose stool 2-3 times in last 4 months 2-4 times gas not very much problem but asking for clearance please answer sir

I recently did my LFT. The results came back as follows a few of which had elevated levels: 1. S. Bilirubin (Total) - 1.2 mg/dl 2. SGPT (ALT) - 49.0 U/L 3. SGOT (AST) - 26.0 U/L 4.ALK.PHOSPHATASE - 131.0 U/L 5.TOTAL PROTEIN - 7.4 g/Dl 6. ALBUMIN - 4.8 g/Dl 7. GLOBUMIN - 2.6 g/dl 8.A/G RATIO- 1.8 I drink alcohol on alternate days which has been for many years. Not a regular smoker though. Any suggestions please.

I'm suffering from Erosive gastritis with GERD , it's been 1 month , but my major doubt is while I'm pooping blood stool is coming, is it serious or common for gastritis. Before 1 week I have seen randomly , but from last week onwards daily I'm seeing blood in my stool, can you tell me the reasons.

Sir My mother is already taking medicine for diabetes and blood pressure, as well as cholesterol, but for about 1 month now she has stomach ache and when she eats food, she also has stomach ache.And she doesn't even like to eat food. Also got many tests done, fatty liver has come out in all, its medicine is also going on for 1 month but there is no relief, pls do some remedies.

I'm always facing some type of discomfort in my stomach, not pain but discomfort and along with that I'm having consistent cough where mucus is coming out always of milk white color. Also, suffering from anxiety due to this consistent issue and also facing heart pain sometimes. On somedays, my poop color is coming out as black and always the urine color is yellow. Along with that, erectile dysfunction is also there and I don't whether it's related or not. I've consulted with two doctor and also done my endoscopy test but nothing came out from there and I was diagnosed with dyspepsia and also had medicines for 3 long months but still the problem is there. Please suggest what to do?

I suffering excessive gas from today morning, vomit 3 times and also little loose motion in 3 times, nothing to eat anything,

Hi doctors, I am seeing my stool as dark yellow( near organ). I am medicine antibiotics, anatacid and probiotics from last 10 days. Motion is like sauge shape. I have take two pictures. One stool in toilet seat and another in finger trip for clear picture. Does this color normal ?? Does Medicines cause any change in color ?? I did CBC, esr , crp and abdominal ultrasound one month back and all were normal. Please suggestions. I am bit scared

My mom underwent gall bladder removal surgery on 8th March 2022. She was on medicines for acidity few days after surgery which is been stopped now. But today she is getting acidity again. Took pan 40 tablet now. Is that okay? Pls suggest if anything wrong for acidity started

Execcive burping from 8 month. Fully control ing diet but not getting relief...taking ppi treatment from 8 month but no relief. One doc is saying that endoscopy pic showing hernia...but impression is reflux esophagaits. Plz look after endoscopy pic is there any hernia?
