Hello sir All of sudden my mother having stomach pain and today in USG scan 3mm stone detected as per scan report She having pain lot saying what to do further any tablet for pain relief kindly reply we r worrying for surgery someone saying surgery is option . General mbbs doctor  written Sucral syrup Pan 40 Hifenac tabs Her sysptoms is after eating stomach getting bloating Feeling over stomach and more pain after food Will it relief for pain above tablets  pls reply If not pls advice any other as well Can I take udiliv 300 tab i checked online review

[  ] Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then you require surgery. Any stone more than 1 CMS in size needs removal of gall bladder. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone. Laparoscopic approach is gold standard for gall bladder removal.
