Hi Doctor, I have been facing frequent gastric issues and it usually lasts for 1-2 days. I feel bloated and release smelly gases excessively. I have been observing what I eat and realized it happens usually after I consume roti, but same is  not the case with parantha. Parantha is just fine, but after consuming roti, i see effect in 2-3 hrs. Not sure if this is some kind of food allergy or something else. Kindly advice a way forward. Thank you!

I'm having gerd from 2 months. From the starting I'm feeling acid coming with that acidic taste every single day. I went to doctor who performed an endoscopy, and found it as non erosive acid reflux. Doctor prescribed ppi (esowell dsr) but it gives temporary relief also the medicine makes me feel so weak. I've done lifestyle modifications as prescribed still it persists. What should I do?

Having severe diarrhea fro 1 days. 25 times. Admitted in hospital. Doctor suggested usg. The result shows minimal reactive inter gut loop fluid, specially in peri umbilical region. What does it mean? Is it severe? Please help me
