ELEVATED BILLIRUBIN LEVEL
Greetings, I did cbc test and billirubin test where total billirubin level is 1.5 mg/dl / direct billirubin level is 3, and sgpt and sogt is normal. Please advise on the health condition. I am male 32 years old.

Greetings I think your direct bilirubin should be 0.3 mg/dl if your total bilirubin us 1.5. I will be needing detailed history on alcohol consumption, need for metronidazole medication, and your lifestyle. A rise in indirect bilirubin may be because of various factors including a normal  variant called Gilbert's syndrome
