I have moderate fatty liver according to fibroscan. Are protein powders with sucralose bad for fatty liver. More specifically, is sucralose bad for fatty liver?

LFT has done and the report shows AST - 33, ALT-35, Direct billirubin is - 0.26 and total billirubin is 0.80 , total protein - 8.42 and others are totally within normal range.. Do i need any medication for this? Or is this a normal report?

Sir my CT scan was done 5 days ago it's showing A large heterogeneously enhancing lymph node mass size 3.2* 2.2cm seen in upper aortocaval and retocaval location. It is partially encasing right renal artery and left renal vein indenting over uncinate process of pancreas. 2 years ago  doctor told it is due to tuberculosis and I was taken medicine more than one year but lymph node didn't reduce just increase .0.2 cm. What is the reason of this. I don't have any other symptoms just weight gain approx 10 kg in just 2 months. Is it needed any treatment or leave as same. What is the reason of rapid  weight gain Please Reply.

I have been suffering from constipation since 6 months. When I 1st consulted the doctor, he prescribed some medicines and pointed out that it could be because of Vitamin B and D deficiency. After that I am able to bring back the Vitamin B and D to normal level in my body using medications. Though there was no improvement in my condition it was gone after 1 month and again after 2 months it has come back and this time I have normal ranges of vitamin B and D. I visited another doctor, who did Sigmoidoscopy and told that I don't have any problem in results and recommended me to take more fibre content, consume more water and to not eat any non-veg foods. And it been 2 months ,Despite the diet change I don't see any improvement and it is becoming more problematic. I am not at feeling normal in my stomach, I am having incomplete bowels, very hard to stool which leads to bloating and gas formation. I feel like it is accumulating and stuck at end of anus.

Hi doctor, Pls help me get rid of this chronic abdominal pain that i am going through for 2 months now. have consulted doctors tooks MRI n endoacopy n all. diagnosed with Mild Distal Esophagitis. taking sompraz 40 every night for 2 weeks now. but still going through all ober abdomen pain every day that comes n goes. what could be the reason??? i am suffering alot cuz of this.

Can i physically examine if i have any hernia. I have started getting frequent burps. I have right sided chest pain for a year. all tests came normal(ecg,echo,xray, breast usg, mri of ribs). I still have soreness in my chest.also i feel sonething is moving in the center though I can't exactly locate.

Hello doctor. Need to go 2 times for .pass the stool in morning 1st time it's a normal stool Within a 10 min When I went on 2nd time .my stool is loose and floating .. I am facing this issue from last ..15 days .. Please answer ..
