Hello, My father usually faces acidity issues on regular basis. What can be the root cause? He is dibetic patient with less physical activities. Can that be a problem?

Hi, For last 3/4 months I am having Belching issue. Specifically after dnr. I have attached endoscopy report. I have gone through USG - Full abdomen and it shows Grade 1 fatty liver and other USG reports are normal. Every night I wake up 2-3 times because of Belching and I realised full of gas heaviness and pain in abdomen area which get relief after stool. If Burping starts dn it will continue more dn 150 nos. I only smoke 1/2 cigarette per day. Non alcoholic and every evening I walk min 12 kms at speed of 5.90 km/hour. Because of this issue I need to go for stool daily 4-5 times. I do most of veg diet with brown rice. My lipid profile, CBC,sugar,  thyroid profile, kft and lft profile all reports are normal which I did 15 days bck. I was prescribed pentodec dsr empty stomach at morning and before dinner nexpro rd 40. Plz suggest me medicine and dos and don't to get rid of this issue... Plz help

Hi , I am 29 years male having duodenitis and GERD also diagnosed with chronic active ileitis(mild activity) in colonoscopy recently. However today pancreatic amylase test showed amylase 139 and lipase 70 but LFT and urea , creatine was normal . USG abomen had mild fatty liver Also eGFR was a little less 78 for quite some time Do I need to be worried about or are these normal ?.Here are a list of medications I take for last 3 months Mesahenz 1200 twice daily Probiotics once daily Razo 20 mg once before breakfast Rozavel 10 once for dyslepidimea

How severe is this AST result and what may be the cause of this ? Direct Bilirubin level is also high. Does it mean any issue with lever or can there be any issue with heart or brain. As per doctor, she is also taking blood thinning medicine.

Diagnosed as HbsAg Positive 5 years Back as i was having Jaundice at that time. After other tests of Hepatitis B, doctors suggested no medicine is required... Currently do i need any tests like HbsAg...but having no symptoms till now in 5 years
