Hi since mid May I have been having gastric issues - bloating, abdominal and pelvic pain, reflux - all these symptoms happen alternately - when bloating flares up reflux is down and when reflux is high bloating is down. I am on. Sompraz D and Epsumian tablets for a month for IBS and GERD diagnosed by gastro doc- while reflux has gone down bloating is still there with left flank pain every evening. I had an abdomen ultrasound in May which was largely normal. I am worried if this is something more serious - what should be the next investigation that I need to do. Stool.occult blood test was negative.

I always have bloated stomach from last many years, now last 3 months i am drinking alcohol heavily, stomach gets constipated and very gassy i undergo LFT sgpt-65 sgot-52 i had stooped alcohol completely, and oily food and trying to adopt healthy lifestyle which medicine should i have , can i be saved or i will die now? pls help other LFT test are normal.

Hello Doctor, I got fever 104 with low platelet count on 26th June. I was admitted and discharged upon improvement in fever. My lab results showed no malaria, dengue or typhoid. However, I was suffering from severe lack of appetite. I was then further investigated through lft, rft and cbc. They showed increased alkaline phosphate. I also developed jaundice. A fasting usg scan showed contracted gall bladder with thick walls. Kindly, please let me know a proper diet for jaundice. Thank you!

The patient is constantly feeling pain in the chest and the back torso for about one and half a year. She has done tests for almost every major organ . But the report suggests liver enlarges with increased parenchymal echopattern. Hepatomelagy with fatty changes. Please suggest what the patient needs to do further. She has been given medicines too which is attached herewith.
