Hi, I am facing from IBS, I consulted doctor recently he prescribed me IBSET 5mcg. I don't have any idea when to take this medicine. Do I need to take this medicine " After breakfast and after dinner" ? I tried to contact the hospital but they are not responding. I'll upload the prescription please help me out with this ASAP.

Hello Dr I am 47 yr old female in my peri manopouse stage.now a day a got frequent acidity v less chest burning but feeling of lump in chest and experience upper back pain .back side down neck area pain during acidity.after taking acifity tablet it subside. R all these symptoms r common during perimsnopouse due to hormonal issue.please suggest Regards
