Chronic constipation

Asked for Male, 45 Years

For last few years I am having problem of constipation .. hard & dry stools resulting incomplete evacuation and indigestion, bloating issues for that , Currently taking Piclin syrup 10 ml I wanted to know whether Looz ( Lactulose) Or Lectihep ( Lactitol ) syrup both are same or Different type of laxative? Pls advice Thanks in advance .

All laxatives are same, Any one you can take, and if still stool is hard, you can titrate the dose
