Which tablet is good for 2-3 times loose motions? Having 2-3 loose motions from morning with little pain abdomen Wat to take?

Hello doctor, My husband is having weakness and pain in hands and legs so did blood test and got hemoglobin 7.5 . Also when done with CT scan found that there is a short segment thickening of terminal ileium with thickeness of 5 mm. Can you please explain what is the problem and what is the treatment for the same. What food should be avoided in eating. Thanks and regards

I was diagnosed with Peptic Ulcer & took Sompraz HP for 14 days & then Pantocid & Rantac 300 for 8 weeks. I started having pricking pain under the ribs & doctor recommended Tab Esofine 20mg twice a day for a month & then the pain was in some control. Now there is some pricking pain again under my ribs & also gas formation so my doctor advised me Veloz D before BF for 3 months, (Espumisan Gold twice a day, Enzar Forte, twice a day and normaxin at bedtime for a month). So will this help me relieve my pain and get my stomach back on track?

My stomach is not well from last 2 months. Sometimes get a feeling that it is not completely done. My stool is kinda ribbon like but colour is green brown. Sometimes is with curd like consistancy. I also have acid reflux quite often for that i used to take gaviscon more often to get relieved. I don't have any abdominal pain or weight loss or fatigue. In 2020, i got it physically diagnosed where doctor said you have GERD & FBD. I had a little pain at my right side of the abdomen which was gone after a day and i haven't taken any medicine for that and gone for a routine health test. Rest I don't find any problems on my body apart from that.

Hello Doctors, I am 32 years female , recently i got full body check up done and got to know that my SGOT is 83.20 and SGPT is 91.80. I understand its higher than the normal. I am overweight and have gall bladders from many years but do not have symptoms so haven't got it removed. I have reached out a dietitian and currently on lifestyle and food habit change to reduce my weight. But is this value of SGOT and SGPT something serious or critical? Rest of my reports are normal.

Hi Doctor, I have recently undergone gallbladder surgery. Is it true that bile duct dilation is common after surgery. Will stones form in CBD ? How can we prevent the stones in CBD. Please suggest Thanks in advance

I had taken att for 6 months as I was diagnosed for tb before and after 6 months of tb treatement perforation happened ,there was stricture before and now they have done an end ileostomy and again I was diagnosed for tb and started tb medication. There are no inflammation in the small bowel as far now and largest intestine shows some inflamation doubiting diverticulitis.so when can the reversal surgery be done.they are planning to give 9 months of anti tb treatment.
