Asked for Male, 49 Years

Kindly advice whether any further consultation if needed based on the attached Ultrasound report. Reason for test - Mild pain on right upper abdomen with vomitting sensation. Currently taking Domstal and Emeset. Also under treatment for hypertension- taking Cilacar and Metoprolol.

Domstal n emeset both are for same purpose so not to b consumed together Along with domstal take tab rabeprazole 20 mg twice a day empty stomach
