I have done endoscopy 3 months back and diagnosed with H pylori positive and Antral Gastritis...Dr prescribed me Pantocid HP kit for 15 days... Since the medicine was too expensive and I was not on job due to lockdown hence I have not started the medicines... I just want to ask is there any option available in generic medicine for pantocid hp kit which is less expensive and can I take the 15 day course now for h pylori...Also is it ok to start the course after 3 months of diagnosis... My current symptoms are bloating, Too much burning sensation in stomach after eating, Headaches, Potty after eating, Burning sensation in urine... Please advice...My endoscopy and full abdomen ultrasound report attached...

Bilirubin for hepatitis a goes to 9 now it is 2.3 how many days will i take rest. I m eating only boiled good. Can i go for work In 2.3 bilirubin level .direct 1.4 . Indirect 0.9.i m having no problem now. Will i take rest or go for work.

I am suffering from flatulence since 6 months and  blood and mucus in stool since 20 days. Body weakness , dizziness, body ache since 20 days.I have sigmoidoscopy report so check it and give me treatment .

Hardness in abdomen above navel. Ultrasound results show Liver is enlarged in size (19.5 cms) with moderately raised. Homogeneous parenchymal echoes. No abscess or mass lesion is seen in the liver. Portal vein 10.1 mm and it's intrahepatic branches appear normal. IHBR Appear normal. LFT blood test are in normal range. I am worried about hardness and round bulge in abdomen above navel

Why my stool is loose from so many years...its been 7 to 8 yrs that my stool is loose. There's no pain while defecation. Appetite is good. But stool is not hard.

I get burning sensation on the right side of sternum.also when I burp, it increases the burning sensation only on right side of sternum with the burning sensation in the right shoulder blade. I never get any issues on left side. just concerned as it is only on right side.

I am 27 years old male . Since last 7 years frequent belching containing smell of previously eaten food but not food. Even after drinking water air belching comes out. Upper GI endoscopy , USG , colonoscopy result NAD. Pantroprazole, Rabeprazole, Esomprazole can not stop this. Now what should I do now ???
