I have burps and stomach ache after eating apples and also 3 hours later little loose motion type washroom. Everytime I eat apple or pear this happens. I was recently diagnosed with left inguinal hernia. I went to get checked for constant gas formation, stomach ache, continuous burps and stomach ache after eating specific food like apple. Also, from one restaurant if I eat, nothing happens and then from another even their dal will give me very much pain and burps and cramps. Severe cramps. One doctor said avoid food that causes problems, but I want to cure this. Please help.

I am having some issues related to gastric and also i have some pain in left side of stomach. Apart from it having fever and loose motion from last 2-3 days.I feel might be it's a case appendicitis please suggest me.

1 week back had severe cold and mild fever and got diarrhea for 2days continuously now I pooping 2 to 3 times a day before pooping stomach pains and stools are semi stool no blood or mucus found in my blood how to stop this frequent pooping

From past few days undergoing below right shoulder & right abdomen after eating anything. Did LFT in Feb 2022 was normal and sonography in April 2022 in came liver is enlarged in size 15.5 cm normal shape & position.No mass legion is seen rest all parameters are normal. Margins are regular. Portal vein is normal in diameter. IHBR, CBD & hepatic veins are normal.Mild Hepatomegaly is seen. No drinking & or smoking. Shall I undergo again test and shall I be worried about liver condition ? What should be future course of action. Any help appreciated.

I have GERD problem for 5 year and take razo 20 medecine weekly, it reduces acidity and heartburn. I have sourness on my tooth and in mouth for last 1 month and it is very irritating. Dentist advice it is due to acidity. I have started taking razo 20 twice a day. But still my problem is not reduced after a week. What should I do?

Have tried all sort of medication & precautions but facing hyper acidity all the time. Vomit sensation after eating anything.

I have been taking Gerd treatment for the past 4 years on and off last 2 years my problem is little worse where i have got belching additionally other than this i have reflux and i spit often, no other symptoms i have no heartburn, chest pain or any other problems, when i take medicines it get settled when i stop medicines the problem slowly starts up, do i need to go with further pH test and manometry since it get controlled through medicine, can you please suggest me doctors...

Hii doctors! My brother is coughing one or two times a day and that time he vomits also. He has mild pain in right side ( chest to lower abdomen , earlier it was severe but it has reduced now ). He has lost weight from 78 to 64-65 kg in 2.5 months. He is coughing and vomiting since last 1 month. I am attaching his ultrasound and chest X-ray. He had severe illness 1 month ago , all his symptoms are gone but above mentioned are still present. I request you doctors, Please provide me some solutions.we are really going through really difficult time.Please give your precious time in giving opinion. His wbc count is 11200, total bilirubin 0.9 ( direct 0.2 , indirect 0.7 ) sgpt 62 , sgot 41 rest lft values normal. Thank you!!
