I'm having abdominal pain from last 15 days and it get worse after taking food , I've done my whole abdomen USG and reports turns out have fatty liver and fatty pancreas And excessive bowel gas .. I'll be doing certain investigations regarding the said above concern What could be the probable diagnosis and temporary medicine to reduce the pain ?

Since two days I am having sudden  Stomach pain for every one hour  and motion with mucus mild fever also
