My test shows anti hepatitis b surface antigen positive.. what does that mean?? Does it mean i have hepatitis?

My mother diagnosed Gallbladder stone.Which operation is better if I will compare surgery and Laproscopic.Which one is fast recovery.When we got ultrasound report she had infection but doctor prescribed antibiotics with saline water then we tested CBC so i am attaching reports the suggest me.

Sir i was vaccinated for hepatitis b in childhood.. currently i am 25 years old. I had a annual health checkup.. it shows anti hepatitis b surface antigen positive.. some docs are saying its because of my childhood vaccination and one doc told me it can be because of current or past infection. So he is asking me to rule out with further testing.. I am confused My lft is completely normal I have attached the reports Please guide me
