I am completing antibiotics course of 10 days for h. Pilory infection ,now taking sompraz d once ,but when i stop taking sompraz there is heart burning and little bloating ,so let me ask is it safe to take sompraz as long? and is gastrisis is  metformin 's side effect?

I am 33 years female. I have frequent farts which smells very bad. And sometimes stomach ache till the gas relieve out.Which makes me very uncomfortable when im at public places even at home. And I do not have any bowel movement/relieving issues at mornings. Pls help me with this, how can i overcome this issue.

I m having continuous burping since the last 2months.. but fot the last 10 days i m getting stomach pain after eating ( center of upper abdomen) along with burping. Pain subsides only after passing gas or burping. Sometimes i feel burning sensation in the upper abdomen and right side under ribs. I m taking Pantop 40 for the last 3 days and also i m on OC pills for last 6 months for irregular bleeding.

What is the use of TCA like Amitriptylin in Gastroenterology ? Can it be used in low dose as 10 MG for lack of Appetite or Psychosomatic pain ?

I am 30 year old and my weight 93.25kg. I feel abdomen pain in sometimes near liver position when i dont eat food or mid night while sleeping, Its being 2 or 3 times in month. Today i have test hepatitis b and c and LFT via healthians.com but hepatitis b and c result is non reactive. Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT) Method: IFCC Kinetic 74.70 Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) Method: IFCC Kinetic 121.10 Gamma Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) 60.2 SGOT/SGPT Ratio Method: Calculated 0.62 Others value all normal. I didn’t take any medication yet. Now what to do and how can i reduce it at home, which food helps to reduce alt-sgpt and ast-sgot? Help me

I am suffering from acidity since 3 days accompanied by constipation. I face this often which was not occuring previously. I also had light fever. Really worried why this is happening often. I am not much into spicy foods and a regular exercise person. Lower belly pain ( medium) not continuous.

Hi , From last 2 days I have observed good amount of blood is going in stool. I have no pain though. I had delivered a baby in the year 2021. I am not sure which category doctor i should refer. Kindly help.
