Hi, i have been suggested belly breathing for diaphragm. After doing it i feel short of breaths . What can be a reason? Or am I doing it wrong? How many times a day I should do? Fr hm much time

Hello , From 1.5 months i have pain in lower abdomen, both sides and back also sometimes. Ruled out stone possiblity- NCCT KUB done. Ruled out Colitis possiblity - Colonoscopy done. Taken IBS medicines also for one month. Pain is mostly  mild and sometimes severe. Consulted many doctors but no findings. Finally doctors saying neurological disorder. Please help what can be the reason and what to do next.

Sir, I have stomach from last 10 days after eating meal.What is the reason and it gets normal after 2 hours.

I have stomach bloating, nausea, burning, belching, cramping also neurological weakness in hands, legs and pain and stiffness,cweakness in neck and lower back. All reports are almost normal. Main problem is that my stomach can't tolerate any homeopathy, Ayurvedic or allopathic medicine, even the simplest ones. So, I am not able to get treated.

I am very stressed rn !I just  urge to evacuate my bowel soon after going to bathroom! I go 3-4 times a day! My stool is yellow sinks and in small sausage pieces that looks flat and which freaked me out after doing some research I WENT to GI and he did blood test everything came back normal and he said u have anxiety but i have health anxiety! I am having gas and frequency burps! I don't have any pain ,nausea, fatigue!

Hi doctor I m having blood in the stool for two weeks, the color of the blood is dark red, along with pain in the stomach.. although i don't see blood comin with stool but when I see comod the pot water turns Dark red...

I have problem of too much flatulance and gas i am taking Simethicone and activated charcol tablet 80 mg thrice daily nothing improving what should i do?? How long should i take that tablet?? Long term use is advisable??
