Despite good diet my SGPT level has risen from 54 to 119. I have chronic vertigo and neck pain due to cervical compression. I also sometimes has gastric issues and pain around stomach. Stress has been very high for last two months...as I get itchy skin, anxiety, breathing issues and panic attacks. I am unable to find exact reason for it. My vitamin D level was 13 45 days back. I took D3 capsules and now it's 150. Please solve my confusion. And suggest which doctor to consult.

Has 14 mm to 15 mm largest stone and small stones in gall bladder. What is normal level of SGPT and SGOT or any concerns. Should he undergo operation for gall bladder removal. He feels small pain under chest and also on right side.Kindly suggest

Hi Sir/Madam I want to know if there is any test to diagnose intestinal fungal. If yes, what is the name of the test. Also one doubt - can an intestinal biopsy diagnose intestinal fungal infection? One of the functional medicine doctor doubts that i can have intestinal fungal infection and she asked me to ask a gastro for the generic test as all her tests are really costly around 30k since she is US based practitioner in INDIA. Please let me know my above queries. That would be really helpful. Thanks

Hi my Amylase level is 122 U/L and lipase level is 76 U/L, is it normal? I have pain in my abdomen which comes and goes.

I'm facing frequent burping. I can't feel the difference between a normal burping and the one which I experience currently. Before this abnormality ,I had no such problems. Its been happening from last 6 months. Also, took rabeloc plus tablets as prescribed but no difference after that.

Hello sir and mam... yesterday after gym I had my protein shake in morning..and in even I had 100 gm of boiled chicken...like in 9 night I feel like m vommitng...no stools in morning...all day along m facing  burping like khatti dakar in my throat and stomach...it's irritating me like hell...m not able to concentrate anywhere... please suggest me something...one more thing whenever its rain problem becomes more serve

Gas is getting formed in stomach and finding difficult to sleep, need to burb more than 100 times. Once this starts, feel skin irritation and not getting sleep. Food what is taken is normal veg, no masala, but still facing this problem. Did abdominal scan, liver function test and endoscopy. Results are showing normal. Can experts say what could be the reason and what is the solution. She is really struggling to come out of this.

Recently i gone through colonoscopy and result was illel ulcers 2nd time i went through colonoscopy and result is normal, given the 1st time biopsy slides for review i got result as Mucosal lymphoid hyperplasia. I am not sure what exactly it is and is it curable etc i attached the reports here

Baby is 1 and a half month old. He didn't go for poop for two days. Earlier, he used to go 3-4 times a day.

After eating my stomach was getting tight. Even eating in few quantity having problem in movement of stomach. And there after  I was hungry after few hours again. I felt my stomach was always full but i got hungry after 2 hour of eating. At the time i got hungry also my stomach was tight only.
