Hello Dr, I had to undergo Ultrasound for Groin issue and in my Ultrasound I found this. "Normal in size (156 mm) and shows homogenous echotexture. A 10 x 7 mm round to oval shaped hyperechoic lesion seen in segment- VI of liver - > likely hemangioma. There is no evidence of obvious intra or extrahepatic biliary dilatation. CBD and portal vein appear normal." What does this mean

I had blood coated mucus on my stool at my morning motion..scared about colon cancer or rectal..pls guide me..is my symptom because of cancer or benign...I have one son n I scared of cancer..

This was the first time I noticed blood in my stool Caj any one tell what reason the is normal and i has blood it look like tomato sauce colour. I have no Diarrhoea or voimting i have no abdominal pain and before some days I have burning after passing stools Please tell what was the reason

My SGPT and SGOT were high after Covid in Jan 2021. They were controlled till october 2021. But for last 2 months I am feeling regular nausea, (but never had vomit), for last one month I get mild fever in regular interval and my SGPT has changed from 68 to 115 from Dec2021 to Jan2022 (asof today). There is slight increase in PDW (23), however platlets counts are normal. All CBC counts are in range, vitamin D is 28, total cholesterol is 156 but triglycerides are 193 ( they were 277 in December 2021). I have observed my SGPT and SGOT keep getting elevated and come under control over the time. Currently I have lot of weakness, Nausea and periodic mild fever. No history of alcohol or smoking.

Hello, I just had a routine blood test done, liver function test showed a high Alkaline Phosphatase level of 694, the report says that the normal level is between 35 to 104. What does such a high level mean for me? What next steps would you recommend?

I have taking acid reflux medicine since 1 month, I want to ask whenever I climb stairs fastly I feel this burning sensation and after feeling this I hit slowly on the chest I got burp and it relief, I want to ask is it acid reflux or any heart related issue.
