I had 2 times pancreatitis(non alcoholic) in 2019-2020.. i had gallbladder stone removal surgery in May,2022. Yesterday I did my routine check up and lipase level came 77. Is there anything to worry?

Hello, I am 38yrs old. I had typhoid last year august and fatty liver also. I recovered in 15 days with medication, though food restrictions were there for long. Now I am facing some issues which seems like-my stomach is always tight. Feels so uneasy always bcz of that. Even if I drink water stomach will be tighter and bigger. It always feels like full of air. If I touch my stomach, sometimes it pains in the outer side. I have no issues with my appetite. It's normal. I do eat 3 course meal in a day with 2 cups of tea or coffee. I had my period on November 12th. After that nothing happened yet.

Hello, I'm 41 with the correct bmi. I have been diagnosed with IBS by my gastro who had 40 yrs exp and have been taking meds on and off to avoid symptoms. I take fybogel everyday. Today I had constipation. I pooped and then applied fidonal ointment to help with pain. When I inserted my hands inside to apply the meds, there was lil poop that stuck to my finger. I did feel complete after defecation but this happened after I applied the medicine. Is it normal for a Lil poop to stay in the rectum like that due to constipation or ibs? This is the first time I'm noticing this. I have ext hemorrhoids. I don't have blood in poop or pain or other symptoms. I was asked to take pruvict for a month but I could not as it gave me 7 times loose motions for 3 days and I had to stop. Pl advice. I'm a vegetarian and Gen stick to bland food only. I'm always afraid of colon cancer although there is no history in my family. Would be grateful if you could alleviate my fear. Thank you.

Sir i had endoscopy few months ago, my doctor call each patient one by one quickly, i want to know that they sterile endoscope or reuse it because they use lubricant i know only.

For past 2 years I have pain and inflammation in my left upper abdomen. Also back & chest pain on left side. I feared could be related to heart but ECG and Echo tests are normal. Can't sleep comfortably on left side as I feel some pressure in left side abdomen. I Thought managing weight will improve as I went from 81kg before lockdown to 92kg after. And due to lockdown couldn't visit doc. I can also no longer eat oily foods, greasy foods or sweets as after sometime I have the urge to poop. Such oily foods are not digested and stools are also oily/greasy. Also have heartburn issue and managing with antacids. I have visited different doc and they give me pantoprazole tabs saying it should be GERD but those are not helping me. Also even with fasting my weight is reducing slowly. Also Attached few pics of latest blood report. It has elevated TSH levels, borderline high LDL and abnormal values in Liver Function Tests. What could be my problem and what further evaluation should I need?

Hello doctors, I am having morning nausea and loss of appetite for general besic food over 1 month. I'm having myocyst and dronis 30 for my PCOS for last 6 months. But i don't have any pain in stomach or nothing else only morning nausea and loss of appetite. My husband is having lymph node tuberculosis and for his health I'm in tension every time. I lost 3 kg in 3 months. Is this anything serious doctor? What could be the possible reasons for this please suggest me.
