I can feel a small lump on the outer side of rectum, it doesn't bleed and I don't have pain, I feel it only when I touch it, sometimes feeling of itching is there. No pain while passing stool. What is this, is there something to worry

From last 3 days i am having stomach ache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. I am only consuming boiled lentil and coconut water in these 3 days . doctor suggested me with three medicines 1. Pan-40 2. Meftal spas 3. ofloxacin Taking this course thrice a day but pain is not going. I had gone for ultrasound and got result as hepatomegaly with liver grade II. I have attached report with query, please suggest something.

Hello doctor, Diagnosed with h plyori. My doctor gave me hpkit & bistas 120mg (bismuth subsalicylate) But I'm confused when to take bistas ? Empty stomach or with food. Please reply it will be helpful.
