Any specific medicine for piles related issues. Not able to go motion freely, blood bleeding and stomach pain getting continuously.

My mother had her gall bladder surgery last Dec 2021. Few weeks back she had a very bad pain on her right side in the bladder area. Pain was there for 2 weeks. Any reason why she had this pain. Pls advise.

Hi doctor , I am seeing little more amount of mcuus in my stool in eveninv passing stool. Actually, i use to go stool.in evening even though i dnt feel. I just go to see if i am stool is normal or not. For this, i something force to pass stool( no constipation). Is forcing while passing stool create mucus? Stool is normal?? It never comes in morning stool Please suggest.

Please tell me what type of calcium absorption does not require stomach acid. Please tell which food  I can find this type of calcium.

I have been experiencing mild abdominal pain in my belly surroundings later it moves to other sides -at that time I am feeling burning pain since 20 days . I visited Physician he prescribed some anti biotics and pan tablets . I have done ultra sound he said every thing is fine . But still I feel very little pain in my stomach. Is it any serious indication of any chronic disease ? Do I need to take any other tests ?

Hi Doctor. I wanted to know which test I need to do for checking my gallbladder and pancreas function. Will just LFT be sufficient or do I need to do an Amylase and Lipase test. Please advise. Also please let me know if its done via blood or urine test. Thanks in advance

Father has history of Hypertension, mild CKD (creatinine of 2 mg/dl). He was diagoned with PVT and was admitted in Apollo for 20 days where they monitored him and controlled his diet. He had severe pain in the entire abdomen and bloating while taking food, so doctors gave rest to intestine saying it is bowel ischemia. Started with liquid diet, semi solid diet, however every 7 days the pain returned. He also vomitted bile (dark green), but no blood vomit or no bloody stool still. Doctors say it is because of poor blood supply to intestines, it is not able to digest food properly. He also tested JAK2, MPN positive and have started HYDREA medicine. Medicines going on - Anticoagulants, HYDREA, BP. Doctors say medical management is the best way and we have to wait for thrombosis to clear. He has lost lot of weight and abdomen pain continues even with medicines on. Please advise if treatment is right.

Getting chest pain regularly after taking some tablet feeling ok. Unable to walk long distance as in earlier days is it permanent curable

My brother is 19yrs old. He is continuously having vomiting after having meals. He first have an attack of severe cough with sputum coming out (sputum is frothy and white) followed by vomiting. Please tell whatand why could it be and how to go about the treatment?
