Cancer is due to rapid unchecked growth of cells,so In colonic cancer,if the mucosa shows overgrowth it will ulcerate in due time and sloughs the overlying tissue and blood capillaries due these changes pt may present bleed if ulcer is there .Change in bowel habits are due to its dynamic cellular chages and luminal calibre under influence of humor effect
