Whenever I lay in supine position I feel there is a heart beat like sensation over my lower back and buttocks but whenever I change I feel it's gone. It occurs almost everyday since 3 days. Can it be something serious?

I'm having burning sensation from past 2 days while pooping and in tissue I saw small amount of blood. Is it piles?

For almost  15 years, my Bilirubin count was high. 20 years back, got Hepatitis C with total Bilirubin count went upto- 40. Recently taken blood test and still the counts are high. Hi doctor, I am seeing an bright red blood in stool since 8 month. It is not always case. It comes like steeks after gap of 6 7 days. There is no pain at all I visited general surgeon He examine physically but not with practoscope He said there is nothing I am really worried... Could this be rectal cancer...
