Gastroenterology

Due to kidney stone, I do sonography regularly. Six months back, report says diffuse fatty liver. Two months back report says grade 1 fatty liver and latest report says mild fatty changes. What does it mean? Are all these 3 terminology same? Or situation is improving or worsening? My sgot, sgpt and all other LFT values are in normal range. Although total choresterol is 228. M, 40 yrs, 63kg

Hi, I am done with endoscopy and finally doctor concluded that I have IBS based on my clinical history. My doubt is whenever the symptoms flareup, i am feeling more urination which is abnormal. Kindly clarify whether this IBS  cause more urination? Regards, Ramya

Former smoker. Recently got cleared as not a heart problem with tests like d dimer, bnp, lipid profile. Also cleared 2d echo. Pulmonologist confirmed no lung issue with pft.. inhaler hasnt helped a bit. I feel extremely full after eating, laying down after eating. Feeling short of breath when walking and have to force expand top part of stomach to get air. Do you advise exploring this issue with a gastroenterologist? Or pls advise next tests..

Gall bladder: The gall bladder is well-distended. There is no e/o wall thickening / echogenic sludge / calculi. There are no pericholecystic fluid collections. is this normal
