I want to take an opinion on the line of treatment as to whether there are non surgical options like medications

Hi Doctors Please note that for the past 1 week I'm getting frequent burping,gas release and chest discomfort and pinching pain in my chest. Is this related to gastric or heart pain I'm so scared of it. Please advise

My wife underwent C section after diagnosis with ICP. ALT AST at 26 weeks went upto 800+. Been on udiliv 300x3 till delivery and 300 after that. AST has been in 50 and ALT in 90-100 range since 3 months after delivery and not coming normal as of now(completed 9 months of delivery). My doctor had done various tests around 3 months back on 24hr urine copper(41ug), ANA(0.4 -ve), serum ceruloplasmin(0.35g/L) all in normal range and continued udiliv 300 OD. I need guidance how to proceed further

Hi doctor , I am seeing little more amount of mcuus in my stool in eveninv passing stool. Actually, i use to go stool.in evening even though i dnt feel. I just go to see if i am stool is normal or not. For this, i something force to pass stool( no constipation). Is forcing while passing stool create mucus? Stool is normal?? It never comes in morning stool Please suggest.

I have been experiencing mild abdominal pain in my belly surroundings later it moves to other sides -at that time I am feeling burning pain since 20 days . I visited Physician he prescribed some anti biotics and pan tablets . I have done ultra sound he said every thing is fine . But still I feel very little pain in my stomach. Is it any serious indication of any chronic disease ? Do I need to take any other tests ?
