Is Amitriptyline (10 MG ) prescribed in GERD as well ? Doctor has prescribed Amitriptyline along with (Rabeprazole /Itopride ). Does Amitriptyline serve purpose in reducing reflux in GERD patient along with its antidepressant property ?

A roundworm came out today in poo..there is little heavyness in foodbag since 1 week..can i take medicine myself such as albendazole and mebendazole..if yes plz advise best

8th August 2022 diagnosed fatty liver grade 1 in ultrasound having pain.. but on 27 april 2022 normal liver in ultrasound and in 2021 3 ultrasound and one CT scan in October 2021 all was normal... Diagnosed IBS in 2021... My concern is is this pain under right ribs due to fatty liver?? I lost 10 kg in 2 months but some times i still feel it ...

He has liver cirrhosis and back and leg pain what should i do to give him relief.and how much water he should consume in a day.

Recently got a health checkup package foe my mom. She is a heart patient. Most of the things are normal. But two in LFT are concerning. Total protein is 5.5 g/dl where as albumin is 2.8 g/dl. Four months back in June the same was in range. Albumin then was 3.8 and total protein was 6.9. Quite worried whether this is of any concern.  Rest tests are normal. Other LFT are in normal range. Pls reply. What to do.

I have been suffering from upper abdomen pain and have been prescribed medicine Espra DSR for five days. After completing the dose I was fine for a week and again the pain and bloating started. I am facing hard to sleep because the fluid tries to come in my mouth. I also fell a persistent pain of nerves inside my abdomen. It's been paining since one month. Please suggest me what type should I do.

My adenamatous colon  polyp was removed 2 months ago after that again i started getting diarrea and blood comes in stool occasionaly severe indigestion and my colon gets bloated when i am physically active. Whenever i lift my nephew of 1 year this start to get worse
