My sister, she had stomach issue and obstructive jaundice,  test was done and diagnosed with gallstone of 10mm then there was ercp done, but then stent inserted by gastro without informing us and dr is asking to get the gallbladder remove, but then she had another mri scan and ultrasound after 2 months,  where gallstone size was reduced to 4 mm and she was not having any pain, so when stent was removed, she had pneumonia and stomach infection. Stent was replaced and re inserted. After few days, she again had mrcp and ultrasound done, and found that there is cbd sludge and abscesses in liver. Can you please tell if cbd sludge can be treated without gallbladder removal? Also, if abscess can be treated now? Just to inform, she is maintaining good and healthy diet since diagnosis and no pain. However, doctors seems to be insisting on gallbladder removal, which she is not does not want. Can you please advise the reason for infection she had post stent removal?

After completing 3 month ATT how to know my Small intestine Sticure heal ...??? I have no pain 2 month,No vomiting,Back apptite!!!! Bcz due to obstruction Dr. Suggest low fiber diet! I can't eat High reduce vegetable fruits Through it i have constipation problem.. Can I get Back normal diet? Bcz I want to stop Syrup LOOSE..

I was diagnosed with gastritis on April 2022. Doctor had advised to stop dairy products and chapati for 2 month and tablets were given (prescription is attached). Then symptoms were subsided and I started taking dairy products after 2 months on June 2nd week. Now again I am having mild burning sensation. Has my gastritis returned? I need an permanent cure for this. It's been very uncomfortable.

Hello Doctors, I went for a abdomen pelvic scan today since i have dull pain in right upper abdomen from a week. Scan says i have multiple gall stones in 7-8 mm size. I am about to start my IVF treatment from jan 2023. Is there any treatment to resolve this gall stone issue without surgery? Or any medication that would help but shouldn’t impact my IVF procedure. Thanks in advance for ur suggestion and help.!!

Does CT scan of abdomen detect both of these two. And if, which should I go normal or contrast. Kindly tell.

I am facing sometimes lower back pain sometimes upper back pain sometimes left or right hand pain and sometimes heart burn . But the thing is every time pain is not consistent to one place. Pain is moving from one part to other part and vanish from previous place . Please suggest medicine for this.

Hello doc, Am feeling symptoms of nausea and Shortness of breath after eating and same symptoms appearing when am not eating food beside this flu symptoms are there. Especially shortness of breath is feeling when am walking after eating. These symptoms are feeling from 3 days. What could be the problem ?? Is it related gastric problem or problem with the lungs?? Sir, I was alcoholic and my sgpt and sgot is always high. I had done ultrasound it shows fatty liver grade 2,liver elastography shows means ARFI values is 1.07m/sec and fibroscan shows 9kpa. From last three months I absenteeism from alcohol taking s-adenosyl-l-methionine tablets and Ativan 2mg. Shall I go for PT-INR test. I have itching issues and after itching red patches occur.Kindly suggest. I m very tensed.plzz

My general physician diagnosed me with acid reflux on investigation of my symptoms, 4 days ago. I had mild chest discomfort along with increased frequency of events of belching, gurgling in stomach and chest, gas at the start (about 15 days ago). I did a cardiac screening (ECG, Echo, Lipid, HbA1c, TMT) which came negative. Now the chest discomfort and frequent belching has almost stopped, but gurgling persists and newer symptoms of diarrhoea has come up, along with occasional muscle spasms (1-2 times a day) anywhere in the body. Are these suggestive of acid reflux? If not, what next steps should I pursue?
