I was a alcoholic and I use 2 drank on regular basis but it's been two days since I have left alcohol and I also use to chew gutka around 10 15 packet but since 2 days I am facing little pain in my stomach in early morning and also in day time and I have to go to toilet 3 4 times and after taking meal and stool is semi normal and broken with foam type mucus and some time pure liquid or Sami solid so what should I do and I have taking medicine for anxity kindly suggest why I am facing such kind of problem and what should I do. I have grade 1 fatty liver and Tryglacrid 300

HBv Viral load in May-2022 was 11670 and in Feb-2023 was <32 without any medication. SGPT and SGOT results were always in the designated good range. Apart from the fact that HBv Viral load has reduced, is there any other inference we can make in this scenario?

Hello Doctor/s, I am having severe Gas issue since a month now. The thing is few weeks back I had severe vomitting and after that as shown to doctor, I had been given medicines related to gas and acidity. Now again after few weeks the same issue I am facing. Though until now there is no vomit, but feeling of the same is there since yesterday night. I am facing on and off severe pain just at the lower area of my chest. Few docs are suggesting sonography. I am a women and my age is 30years and also I have delivered baby boy who is now 15 months old Please help me doctors.

Hello Doctors, I'm on trip to GOA with friends and while flying i got ear pressure problem for the first time, we reached goa at 10 and the ears were still closed till midnight. We directly went to casino and drank whole night there, beer and whiskey both. Next day when i woke up i was having throat pain, weakness and i guess bloody stool. I have gas issues, but I'm feeling weak, diziness and having blurry vision. Doctors please suggest me what should i do, I'm not able to enjoy.

Due to chest pain and severe hand pain took ecg echo tmt everything normal. Cardiologist confirmed no issue. Later found cervical radiculopathy is the issue took medication for 10 days. But general physician said it was gastric. Taking penta dsr daily from one month. If I take shortness of breath burping chest pain reducing. If i stop taking pentab dsr it comes back. Is there any solution? Is it safe to take pentab dsr daily?really worried please help
