Lately i feel lethargic and dizzy all day. I was diagnosed with BP in Nov and sinde then i have lost 10 kg to control hypertension by exercising and diet. however, i have got this habit of excessive worrying as i am suffering from a serious disease after getting a symptoms like a stomach ache and keep googling everything and thinking about the same. Is it anxiety the reason behind my tiredness? Current medication - Prolomet XL 25 and some multivitamin tablets.

Shivering for an hour and then high fever for 3 hour. Paracitamol helps for 12 hours and again the same since last 4 days. Doctor suggested throat infection and gave meds. However I am being puking thick yellow water since then.
