I have taken 4th anti rabbies vaccine after 4 days i consumed alchol.is alchol reduce effectiveness of vaccine

Yesterday a dog licked my bag after half an hour, I touched that bag with my hand and again after 10 min I simply pour a little water on that hand and accidentally some water I used for gargling. Can it become a indirect case of rabies virus transmission, do I need to be vaccinated. Additionally i don't have any cut or wound
