I have taken 4th dose of rabies vaccine and 5th one is due in between if adog scratches or bites me again what shall i do

Last friday I black out for about 5 seconds while talking with my friend. Next thing I know I was holding onto my co agents chair cause I was falling from my chair. I felt like there is a strong earthquake. I felt very dizzy. I vomited. Then I went to the clinic and found out my blood pressure is 130 over 100. This is the 1st time that this happened. And till now. Whenever I move my head instantly I felt slight dizziness. Some says it might be vertigo or something to do with my eyes. Btw I dont have any glasses. And I workin a call center. For the past 2-3 weeks I have been sleeping an abnormal amount of time and I never feel like I’m fully awake. I have a hard time having motivation to do anything and keep my eyes open.
