Hello, You are severely anemic and that is what is causing so many health problems.(Barring thick white discharge, I'm assuming from vagina?? - It isn't due to low hemoglobin) There are several types of anemia and given your age , It may be due to Nutritional deficiency of Iron / Vitamin B12 / Both. About diet the general rule of thumb is Eat Iron and Vitamin C rich food. ofcourse in your case it won't suffice and you'll need medicines as well. Whether you'll need to be admitted or you can be treated without being admitted can only be commented upon further evaluation. Just based on Hemoglobin, it's not possible to predict what is the most probable cause. Please follow up with whatever reports you have done for further management plan. Tc
Next Steps
1. Follow up with reports,if needed we may go for few more tests to get clarity about the low Hb. 2. Don't neglect. A normal Indian female has Hb around 12-12.5 , so your Hb is quite low! 3. If you prefer offline mode of consultation then Visit a Physician/ Gynaecologist at the earliest.
Health Tips
Anemia is relatively easy to treat but if neglected, leads to serious complications. So can't stress this enough but Please Do Not Ignore!
