Fever after every 24 hours
Shivering for an hour and then high fever for 3 hour. Paracitamol helps for 12 hours and again the same since last 4 days. Doctor suggested throat infection and gave meds. However I am being puking thick yellow water since then.

As per your symptoms seems like you may be getting jaundice. Get a few blood tests done. CBC, WIDAL, LFT
