  4. Fever 102 degrees. Now. please suggest.

Fever 102 degrees
Have high fever 102 for the last 16 hours. Tried taking combiflam and calpol twice. Fever comes down for some time then comes back again. General weakness and headache also there. No other major symptoms as of now. Please suggest. Thanks
