What is a good time to take Thyrowel Plus tablets? My doctor has prescribed to take it in the morning. But hasn't mentioned before, or after breakfast. Pls can a doctor clarify?

I had leprosy 2021 mar I took government hospital treatment for year MDT and it's declared treatment in April 2022 When I had Leprosy my top of right leg had some leftover marks and numbness that still exist uppar top right leg I don't have issue because it's top of leg but now from a month I noticing it's raising backsife leg it's covers leg right side to bottom leg. 20 days ago I visited govt leprosy center to recheck they said it's normal no need to worry they prescribed nervilife tab and said take it for month but now 20 days over I don't find relief and feel numbness rising slowly. What I do for numbness in my right leg, which test needed which specialist shall I go for consultation now???
