Calf pain struggle
I had met an accident on 9th NOV after all treatment i am recovering now but i feel so much pain when i want to walk on my right leg calf from lower leg to upper calf muscle i can't put pressure on my right leg and i don't understand when i had the accident atleast for 5-6 days i could made efforts for walk on that time i feel pain but only on cut side of my leg but not on my calf muscle but suddenly it's happening, when i am on bed i feel no pain but when i want to walk it almost feels impossible I have an x-ray report which is normal, i got 4 stitches on my knee and the slide side of left where my leg skin got crashed on road is still healing what should i do .

Listen we have to calf muscles  on in each lower leg. There is no upper or lower calf. You do EXCERSICE on bed 🦶 Foot up n down ten times in one sitting, three times a day. When calf relax later on stand n do calf raises, Stand on toes n then  down ten times, Treatment, *TAKE A BUCKET FILLED WITH HOT TO WARM WATER ADD COMMON SALT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. *TAB DAN MR/FLEXON MR TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR 3-5DAYS. *OMNI GEL LOCALLY ON CALFF WHICH IS HEARD GENTLY TWO TIMES OR AS REQUIRED. TAKE LESS SPICY FOOD AS  MEDICINE MAY CAUSE ACIDITY. OK
