Painful bump on ear

I had this painful bump on my ear from 3 days. It's very painful when I touch it even when I plug in my ear buds also it's painful.

Blood report says ovalocytes preset
Hi, I have a remark in my blood report which says,
Remarks : Alert!!! Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes. Platelets:Appear adequate in smear.
Also EOSINOPHILS is 0.9 whereas the ref. Interval. Should be 1-6.
My haemoglobin is 12.8 out of ( 12-15) .
What does this mean?

Hi,
Today I did my full body checkup and two things are concerning me
1. Vitamin D level is 7.95 ng/mL
2. HS-CRP levels is 3.93 mg/l

Lump under chin
Since last 1 month, I am finding a tiny lump under my chin and it causes pain from time to time and the pain starts from the molar teeth and swelling of nerve in left cheek. I already did my tooth cleaning despite that no relaxation.
