I am 22 and have height 5'6". My weight is 72.3 kgs.  Am I overweight? ( I am a girl). I have been doing cardio 30 min for 4 days a week from past 2 weeks... is it enough to reduce my weight?

Yes you are overweight dear. Doing cardio is great, but you have to modify your diet as well for weight loss. A clear calorie deficit needs to be followed, keeping the nutritional values of the diet intact. Do some strength training as well along with cardio, so as to not loose muscle mass. Only cardio will lead to loss of fat as well as muscle mass. So cardio+ strength training will help you loose weight as well as keep u toned at the same time. And yes don't forget diet is the key.
