Why my skin itching too much  in summer on my stretch marks back side n legs  n lightly on stomach tell me some precession to avoid this please

I have recently had a blood test Hb, TC platelet counts are normal In DC section the Eosinophil count is not under normal range, it is 8 % where as the normal is from 1 - 4 %. I am not under any medication right now .. Is this something serious to be considered ?

But I'm not sure that whether I was bitten by a rabid dog I got a scratch from my pet who only received one vaccination and is currently getting others But before we took him he was so small that we get a vet check her and he said that she was healthy but is too small to get vaccinated so he gave us some immunity syrup for her Can a scratch from her cause rabies
