Im suffering from pleurisy tuberculosis and on DOTS since last 3 months. Yesterday i have done USG Thorax to check improvement which is mentioned below "48*24 mm sized area of organized loculated pleural effusion with thick septa and pleural thickening noted at right costophrenic angle" Is there any improvement in my report or something serious? Im still having mild fever of 99.3.

I having a problem like headache, feeling feverish and weak and my eyes are becoming red and paining from 1 day
