Its almost 3 months after my csection. Need to drive 2 wheeler for certain work. Pls guide if it is ok to drive

No desire to eat food, 100 degree fever, pain in body, 4 vomiting, lose motion kind occasional not particularly. What could be the cause and remedy?

I am having a fever since last 6 days. For the first two days, I took paracetamol 650. The fever came down but reoccurred after 6-7 hours. There was mild body pain & slight dry cough but no pain in throat. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed azithromycin 500 tablet once a day for 5 days & paracetamol on SOS basis. He also asked me to do gurgling with betadine. It is 3 days since I am taking this treatment, but with no results. Fever keeps reoccurring after 5 hours. Please examine & advise.

Doc, I feel very lazy with a little bit of fever and a continuous dis-comfort in my body even though I am lying on my bed or standing or sitting. And, also having a feeling of cough struck in my throat. I also get tired so easily.
