I have pain in middle of my stomach.from two days It is neither a constipation nor a gas

I am having a fever since last 6 days. For the first two days, I took paracetamol 650. The fever came down but reoccurred after 6-7 hours. There was mild body pain & slight dry cough but no pain in throat. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed azithromycin 500 tablet once a day for 5 days & paracetamol on SOS basis. He also asked me to do gurgling with betadine. It is 3 days since I am taking this treatment, but with no results. Fever keeps reoccurring after 5 hours. Please examine & advise.

Doc, I feel very lazy with a little bit of fever and a continuous dis-comfort in my body even though I am lying on my bed or standing or sitting. And, also having a feeling of cough struck in my throat. I also get tired so easily.

Since 4 years my bp gets down when i get a viral fever and i get hospitalized. This happens only during the summers and i also don't drink enough water. I recently got a fever and the same thing happened but its been more than a month and i still feel that weakness. I also have gastric. Can you please help me solve this and guide me to get stronger. I'm still 21years old.
