Hey doctor..I am having severe headache since past few days. I don't know if it due to my regular sitting on the computer at my office or am i suffering from migraine.

My female friend she is getting headache twice a day. She  sleeps well, drink lots of water and having  house food only , not too much oil / junk  foods , only fruit juice. Visited nearby doctor one day for headache due to thinking too much might be getting headache and said  she is perfectly alright actually she is pretty cool person. Visits eye check & her vision power also fine but no use getting headache again and again.whenever she gets severe headache used to get tablets atleast 2-3 to get rid off. Kindly suggest what needs to be done. It will be helpful for her.
