Hi, I'm not getting adequate sleep. Actually I can't sleep. Could you please guide me through sleeping pills? What are the most common ones and what should be the dosage?.

Hello, Start walking twenty minutes morning and evening.or outdoor games like football, cricket they r good they help indirectly by physicial activity. Or Tab clonazepam1 mg at 9.30pm than walk for ten minutes N go to bed after switch of the light.no gossip, no TV, no newspaper. For seven to ten days. If feel better continue it.intermitently or REGULAR.ok.
