Sleeping Issues
I am unable to sleep properly due to  shift working pattern. Do sleeping pills actually help? Is it safe to take sleeping pills??

Maintain your regular daily sleeping cycle by changing shift to one particular time If you are doing sedentary job or working on computer for prolonged hours you should try some relaxation technique and regular workout

Hi dear Sleeping pills if taken continuously might cause dependency and hence is not recommended for this situation. However we still can work on ur sleep by use of various other techniques. Kindly consult in case of further query Take care
