Hi Doctor,
I am writing in night shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM), and facing health issues. I am not able to eat healthy bcz either I give so much time to complete my sleep or just bcz at night I don't feel hungry.
Owing to night shift my schedule is off track now.
Please suggest me what should be the ideal diet I should take and what should be the routine I should follow.
I am facing issues like hairfall, mood swings, at times weekness too.
I am pure vegetarian.

You can change your diet with more proteins and multivitamins.
And for Ur fatigue you can take psycostimulants ...what you have may be related to your night shift or it maybe due to other health issues.
