Shifting pain in in the deltoid
I have had a pain near my neck that has now shifted to medial deltoid and bicep . It starts paining at night . What can be the cause ? I am very scared. I was a chronic smoker but I left it . My chest xray didn't show anything abnormal

Have u lifted any heavy thing recently ?? As that can cause both neck and arm pain.
